2. Description of Services

Crestora provides online mentorship services focused on popular song cover creation. Our services include, but are not limited to, one-on-one mentorship sessions, guided learning pathways, feedback on creative work, and access to supplementary materials. The scope and availability of specific services may vary depending on the plan or package you have selected.

3. Account Registration

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All materials available through our platform, including text, audio, video, graphics, course structures, and feedback methodologies, are the intellectual property of Crestora or our licensed contributors. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence to reproduce or distribute our content is granted beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

5.2 Your Content

When you submit recordings, compositions, or other creative materials to our platform for review or mentorship purposes, you retain ownership of your original work. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, review, and use that content solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested. We will not share your submissions publicly without your consent.

5.3 Third-Party Material

Our services involve working with popular song covers. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party musical works complies with applicable licensing requirements. We do not provide legal advice on copyright matters and accept no liability for your use of third-party material.

6. Payments and Billing

6.1 Pricing

All fees for our services are displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, with changes communicated to existing subscribers in advance.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your nominated payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6.3 Subscriptions and Renewals

Where our services are offered on a subscription basis, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings through your account dashboard.

6.4 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy, which is made available separately. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be declined where services have already been substantially delivered.

7. Mentorship Services

Mentorship sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your assigned mentor. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Repeated failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice may result in forfeiture of that session without replacement. Mentors provide guidance and creative feedback; outcomes depend significantly on your own effort and engagement with the process.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service provided through our platform. We do not guarantee that your use of our services will result in any specific creative, professional, or commercial outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crestora, its directors, employees, mentors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools. We do not endorse or control these external services and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may also revise these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at our discretion, including where we believe you have breached these terms, where required by law, or where continued access poses a risk to other users or to the integrity of our platform. Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Governing Terms

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Crestora with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
